Inspire magazine has rapidly become a core pillar in the comms strategy at Homebase.
Headlines were appointed in 2013 to deliver a new look and feel to the publication, which has been extremely well received by customers and colleagues alike.
Inspire is now led by editorial rather than product and has been evolved to become a lifestyle title, as opposed to the old-style product brochure.
The first new-look issue was a bumper 44-page spring-themed magazine that included interior and garden features, expert tips, recipes and Q&As, as well as a look at the latest home wares and garden items in store.
This was followed up with a 20-page summer issue that was sent via direct mail to top loyalty customers in June.
Danny Crowe, Customer Segment Manager, said: “Headlines has produced a fresh-looking title that is both inspirational and functional.
“The overall feedback has been great, with both customers and store colleagues welcoming its inspirational hints, trends and how to information.”
Headlines has already started work on a 24-page Autumn issue, that will again be delivered to loyalty customers via direct mail later this year.
