Headlines celebrates IoIC awards success

Headlines' internal comms expertise recognised by IoIC awards

Headlines has been recognised for its internal comms excellence at the Institute of Internal Communication (IoIC) 2013 Central Region awards.

The event, held at Leicester’s Marriott Hotel on 28 February, saw the Milton Keynes-based internal communications agency land three prestigious awards.

Headlines picked up an Award of Excellence in the Special Publications category for its work on The Plug, a well-respected training guide for Dixons Retail colleagues.

The Newsletter category saw the company scoop a Certificate of Merit for Travis Perkins’ newly established TP Times publication.

And Sam Boniface received a Certificate of Merit for her work in the Best Editor section.

Headlines’ Managing Director Neil Fowler said: “These awards are most deserved and show that we are up there with the very best in our industry – and are down in no small measure to the hard work of our very talented team.

“They also follow, very appropriately, the gongs we won last year at the national IoIC awards.”

The impressive haul continues Headlines’ run of awards success.

In September, the agency, which was established in 1995, landed four awards at the national IoIC awards, including a Gold Award for Best Digital Entry and Sue Kiddy being named Best Writer.
