Headlines – The Internal Communications Agency is preparing to open a creative hub for media and digital professionals in Milton Keynes.
MediaHub MK, based in Knowlhill technology park, will be the new headquarters for Headlines – the UK’s leading internal communications agency, which provides strategic communication support for some of the world’s biggest companies.
It will provide a home for the agency’s 40 staff and will also welcome like-minded media professionals seeking a vibrant place to work from.
The new building, situated alongside the Teardrop lakes park, will be a focal point for MK’s growing media community; its vision is a fusion between Headlines’ employees and independent media professionals, collaborating to offer the scope, scale and creativity of a global agency.
MediaHub MK is a two-storey modern, comfortable and well-equipped 8,000-square-foot office.
“Media people need each other. We’re best when we share ideas, experiences, contacts and expertise,” said Peter Doherty, CEO of Headlines.
“Whether it’s ideas, inspiration or simply winning work, we are much better together than on our own.
“Headlines often needs expert help, and we also like to share our knowledge and skills. We are happy to work with excellent people who want to share our success.
“If you’re brilliant at what you do, we could well find work for you. And alongside that we can offer flexible space, flexible terms and a flexible relationship.”
Desks or small- or medium-sized offices will be available to rent by the month, without the constraints of a long lease.
There are shared meeting and kitchen facilities available, alongside support services such as HR, marketing, credit control or even just phone answering.
Plans are in place to give the exterior an exciting facelift in 2016 to create a wow factor.
“Whatever your needs, MediaHub MK offers a made-to-measure working environment to nurture your business,” added Peter.
Headlines has been established for 20 years and has operated from a base in Silbury Boulevard since 2001.
The agency has teams of journalists, designers, video, digital and social media specialists and strategic consultants.
It reaches an audience of more than eight million people in 52 countries, with clients including Shell, Transport for London, Airbus, Jaguar Land Rover and Nike.
