Headlines has the best app in the UK internal communication industry – and that’s official.

A panel of leading internal communication experts named Tullow World, the digital publication produced by Headlines for Tullow Oil Plc, as the Best Mobile/App at the IoIC Awards 2015.

It beat off strong competition from Jaguar Land Rover’s TeamTalk app, another product devised by Headlines’ digital team, which was also shortlisted in the Best New Digital Channel category and received an Award of Excellence.

Graham Davidson, Headlines’ Head of Digital, said: “It is great to be recognised for our digital excellence once again.

The IoIC award is the latest recognition of Headlines’ expertise in delivering high-quality digital publications.

Earlier this year, Tullow’s magazine app also scooped the prestigious Best Digital Magazine at the CIPR’s Inside Awards

The FTSE 100 exploration company invests in a broad communication strategy including a quality print magazine, Tullow World, which won Best Quarterly Feature Magazine at the 2014 IoIC Awards.

The IoIC 2015 digital award is the latest in a string of digital-related successes for Headlines.

In 2013, Headlines scooped an IoIC Gold Award for the Best Digital Entry for the Association of Project Management digital newsletter, Penguin.
