Headlines – The Internal Communication Agency has scooped two awards at the MK Digital Awards in recognition of our cutting-edge video and blog.
The awards highlight the digital achievements of businesses, schools and charities from across Milton Keynes, recognising innovation and progressive thinking in organisations that want to use digital media as a means to achieve greater things.
The winning video was created in collaboration with client Tarmac (formerly Lafarge Tarmac) and took first prize in the ‘Use of Video for Business’ category. Headlines also received a silver award in the ‘Blog’ category.
The Tarmac video communicated the company’s sustainability strategy by transforming an infographic into a 60-90 second animation bringing the story to life, to engage and motivate employees.
It was followed by a suite of video interviews with business unit leaders, focusing on their individual action plans for delivering the strategy.
The main video was launched at a Tarmac Leadership conference and was posted on the client’s intranet as part of a manager’s sustainability toolkit. It received excellent feedback at all levels.
