Headlines – The Internal Communications Agency has celebrated its 20th anniversary by moving in to a new head office – known as Headlines MediaHub.
Headlines MediaHub, at the Knowlhill technology park in Milton Keynes, is a creative hub for the agency’s 40 staff and will also house like-minded media and digital professionals, targeting start-up businesses to join its ranks.
Chief executive Peter Doherty explained: “We have created a brilliant home for our team and now we’re opening our doors for small start-up media companies that want to work with us.
“I understand the challenges of getting a new business off the ground – and the downside of working alone – and so we’ve created a place where people with bright ideas and a good attitude to business can do their own thing in a supportive and stimulating environment.”
From its lakeside location, Headlines is looking to collaborate with independent media professionals who can also extend its own scope.
Peter added: “Our clients include some of the world’s best known brands and we’re looking for partners who can work with us, on occasions, in providing media to support internal communications in leading global corporations.”
The two-story modern, well-equipped 8,000-square-foot-office will enable Headlines to grow, while offering the ideal environment from which its workforce of journalists, designers, video, digital and social media specialists and strategic consultants can operate.
Headlines – the UK’s leading internal communications agency – has been established since 1995 and has operated in Milton Keynes, from its former base in Silbury Boulevard, since 2001.
It reaches an audience of more than eight million people in 52 countries, with clients including Shell, Nike, Travis Perkins and Northern Gas Networks.
Plans are in place to give the exterior an exciting facelift in 2016 to create a wow factor.
Desks or small – or medium-sized offices are available to rent by the month, without the constraints of a long lease. There are shared meeting and kitchen facilities available, alongside support services such as HR, marketing, credit control or even just phone answering.
