NHS leadership review aimed at ‘inspiring and empowering employees’

Former Marks and Spencer chief Sir Stuart Rose will lead a leadership review on the NHS – aimed at motivating employees and creating a culture of empowerment for staff.

Sir Stuart was the chairman of the High Street clothing giant for seven years, and has been lauded for his inspirational leadership style.

Having left his figurehead role with M&S in 2011, he has now been tasked with considering how management in the NHS in England can improve.
