BBC features ‘Love Where You Work – Milton Keynes’

Our very own Matt Johnson was interviewed on BBC Three Counties Radio about our newly launched Love Where You Work campaign.

Love Where You Work was recently featured on Nana Akua’s BBC Three Counties Radio show, who wanted to know the secret to a happy workplace.

Matt Johnson, Managing Editor, explained to Nana why employee engagement lies at the heart of whether someone loves coming into work every single day.

Speaking to Nana, Matt said: “The secret to loving where you work is being engaged. It’s one of those words that we hear banded around a lot, but few people actually take the time to explain what it means.

“Engagement is a measure of how much an employee is contributing to what a business is trying to achieve. If you imagine a venn diagram, you have people who are informed. Next to that, you have people who are inspired. And finally, you have people who are included. When you get all of those overlapping – that sweet spot in the middle are the people who are engaged.”
