Valentine’s Day – what better reason to tell your colleagues why you love working with them?
Statistically, most of us will spend much more time with our work colleagues than our families. In fact, the average Brit will spend around 1,791 hours a year with their co-workers and approximately 84,171 hours over the course of their career. With that in mind, the average family spends just 49 minutes a day together.
That’s a significant amount of time to spend with our work peers, which makes it that much more important to develop good relationships in the workplace. So, Valentine’s Day is the perfect excuse to tell your colleagues why you love working with them.
