Creating learning content to keep staff clued up in lockdown

The challenge

Colleagues at Currys PC World need to be experts in their tech field. It’s their job to find the perfect product for their customer. And in the oversaturated tech industry, cutting through all of the jargon and marketing-speak to find the truth isn’t easy … but it’s exactly what sales colleagues need to do. 

Headlines was tasked with bringing a series of online learning modules to life, to help colleagues stay on top of tech trends and make sure that they are always offering the right product for their customer’s needs.

What we did

Working hand-in-hand with the learning and development team, we helped script the content of the modules, creating exciting, engaging copy that delivered the key learning points. The Design team then brought the copy to life, using interactive content and imagery. For larger topics, we created beautiful animations that delivered the basic information simply. To help the team meet a tight deadline, we created three animations with storyboards a week – all while designing the modules. All content was optimised for mobiles, tablets and computers – meaning that colleagues had a great learning experience wherever they were.

The outcome

The learning modules Headlines and Currys PC World created have helped more than XXXX colleagues get under the skin of some of the most complicated technologies around.
