Why do you like it? What does it mean to you?
The book puts into words what many introverts know intuitively; strength does not have to be loud.
What are your favourite aspects of the book?
The whole book is masterful – filled with real-life, relatable stories. It has been liberating to read well-though out research that champions introverts when society so readily embraces extroverts.
How did it help you get through lockdown?
Realising remote working can actually produce a better end result: "Professors who work together electronically, from different physical locations, tend to produce research that is more influential than those either working alone or collaborating face-to-face."
And, possibly, the most important aspect … that it’s totally OK to enjoy lockdown.
In one sentence, why is it your lockdown love?
Quiet has the power to change how we see introverts and, equally important, how they see themselves.
